At this Italian restaurant, run by chef Noriyuki Sawaguchi, there is no menu. Meals are served with ingredients brought fresh daily according to the whim of the chef, so you don’t know what you will eat until you sit at your table. The basic format is antipasto followed by pasta and a main dish. The dishes are generous, so we recommend that you come with an empty stomach. The restaurant features an open kitchen.
