Review

Established in 1940, this store specialises in art materials, providing everything from paints and brushes to frames. The flagship Shinjuku store towers over the Koshu Kaido, near Shinjuku-Sanchome Station, but the brand has expanded and now occupies 12 different locations, mainly in Tokyo. As you'd expect, the main branch boasts the best selection of products, with an overwhelming range of reasonably priced arty items spread over six floors.
