This is Sadaharu Aoki’s first shop in Japan; he already heads up three patisseries in Paris. Inside the simple yet stylish store, beautifully colourful cakes and macarons are lined up in display cases like edible jewels. There is a seating area for those who would like get a taste of the confections right away. Chef Aoki's trademark is infusing his pastries with finely powdered green tea, giving the sweets a distinctive Japanese flavour.
