Review

High-end Chinese cuisine can be an elusive beast, but if you're hoping to find out how the other half have their dim sum, then pay a visit to Raika. Take a seat in the stylish interior, or choose a spot on the terrace overlooking the delightful Shinuku Gyoen for an especially romantic dinner. Dishes don't come cheap, but if you want to sample without splurging, stop by for a weekday lunch set (¥1,300).
