Review

There can't be many countries as underrepresented on the Tokyo dining circuit as Belarus, but this superior Roppongi eatery goes a long way to making up for that. Beetroot, pepper, tomatoes and sour cream feature heavily in the dishes at Minsk, including classic staples such as borsch, blinchiki savoury pancakes, marinated herring and machanka pork stew.
