Restaurants & Cafés

Review

The second Japan branch of mildly titillating American restaurant chain Hooters follows the same strategy as the first: why attempt to capture the hearts of fashionable diners in Shibuya or Roppongi when you've got a captive audience of salarymen? Just a quick stumble from Shinbashi Station, the restaurant offers a decent array of chicken wings and burgers, but it's the scantily clad Hooters Girls who keep the local office workers coming back. Most surprisingly, it's also popular with female diners – it isn't unusual for at least half of the customers on a given night to be women.
