Shibuya's Cerulean Tower hosts this lounge café and restaurant with nice views of the hotel's Japanese garden and a menu focused on sweets and tea. The Chinese tea selection is particularly extensive, while the cakes are based on recipes created by Laurent Jeannin, pâtissier at the luxurious Hôtel Le Bristol in Paris.
