Restaurants & Cafés

Review

The Ritz-Carlton's American restaurant, Tower's Grill, recently re-opened as Towers, and now allows patrons to drop by casually throughout the day. The exclusive 45th-floor setting with splendid views of the capital is intact, but the restaurant now offers European-style cuisine supervised by the hotel's executive chef, Thierry Marais. Dinner is available from ¥5,000 (plus tax and service) while wines start at ¥1,400 per glass.
