Found on the 28th floor of the Shangri-La Hotel right by Tokyo Station, this bar and lounge offers spectacular views of Marunouchi and the rest of the city. The menu is a mixed bag of 'international' cuisine, cocktails and organic tea, while afternoon tea here is very popular.
