Lastly, a New Zealand band worth being curious about, with plenty of acclaim piling in following a nomination in the BBC's 'Sound of 2011' poll. Known for their mastery of a variety of styles, their 2010 album Passive Me, Aggressive You picked up decent notices (including an excitable five out of five stars in Stuff magazine). Could be next year's CSS, could be next decade's Mogwai — therein lies the experimental joy of music festivals such as these. Roll on July 29.
