What would a Japanese rock festival be without Mogwai? We're starting to suspect some kind of devil-at-the-crossroads blood pact that guaranteed the Scottish band a place on any communal outdoor rock gathering that ever took place on these shores. Still, according to reports, an appearance at Metamorphose last year demonstrated that they still know how to rock in the open air, and it'll be like they're playing the home crowd anyway. Worth a peep.
