Music channel Space Shower TV has assembled a rock-solid lineup – including festival faves like Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, Sambomaster and Polysics – for these two daytime gigs, held to mark the 90th anniversary of Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall.
