Music channel Space Shower TV has assembled a rock-solid lineup – including festival faves like Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, Sambomaster and Polysics – for these two daytime gigs, held to mark the 90th anniversary of Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall. All the reserved seats have sold out, but there are still standing-room tickets available.
