Review

Used since 1942, this outdoor theatre in Hibiya Park puts enjoyment at the mercy of the weather. Umbrellas are not allowed, but turn up on a nice day and enjoy one of Tokyo’s few open-air venues. Unfortunately, it is an ode to concrete, including the seats, even though it was rebuilt 30 years ago.
