It's been over twenty years since these peace-and-love hip hoppers released 3 Years, 5 Months & 2 Days in the Life Of..., a debut album so dazzlingly good that it effectively sank the rest of their career. Everywhere, that is, except for Japan, where listeners stuck by the group even when they were reduced to appearing alongside Tiffany and CeCe Peniston on 'where are they now?' reality TV show Hit Me, Baby, One More Time in the US in 2005. Led by the unashamedly spiritual Speech, Arrested Development celebrated their 20th anniversary by releasing a free album for fans last summer, the aptly titled Standing at the Crossroads. Expect them to get a warm welcome at this three-night residency at Billboard Live.
