Expect quality songwriting and minimal gimmicks at this afternoon music festival, held in Hibiya's outdoor amphitheatre. Well-regarded New York singer-songwriter Richard Julian makes his Japan debut for the event, joined by acts including Quruli frontman Shigeru Kishida and folk duo Humbert Humbert.
