Time Out says
When they snagged an opening slot on a West Coast tour with The Flaming Lips and Jon Spencer Blues Explosion during the 1990s, Tokyo quartet Zoobombs earned themselves a small Stateside following that they've never relinquished. They'll be taking new album The Sweet Passion on tour to the US, Canada and Australia later in the year, but first the group have a release party here in Tokyo. Shugo Tokumaru-fronted indie rockers Gellers and intense dance-punk act Gekitetsu support.
