Time Out says

The denizens of Koenji will be getting an earful of post-punk and jangle-pop this weekend, as indie event Telephone Club returns to the neighbourhood after taking the show to Kichijoji back in January. There'll be repeat performances by charming twee-pop group Girls Pancakes and Hysteric Picnic, who sound like a perfect blend of Suicide and The Jesus and Mary Chain, with additional sets from the thoroughly danceable Jebiotto!, the Elvis Costello-ish Satoru Ono Band and the deliciously weird Living Astro.
