'Stasis is death. See you on the other side.' Thus concluded a gnomic statement released on the Sandwell District website at the end of last year, in which the industrial techno duo announced that they would no longer be releasing any new music. Given the praise heaped on 2010's Feed-Forward, their first full-length album, this felt like a crying shame – though fortunately they're planning to remain active on the club circuit. This will be the first time that Sandwell's Regis and Function have played together in Japan since the start of last year, and they've been booked for a five-hour set in the main room at Sound Museum Vision. Berlin's Efedmin promises to take things in a more of a house direction next door, while So, Pi-Ge and Stereociti also feature.
