Time Out says

Eclecticism is the order of the day at this outdoor fest organised by writer, essayist, singer and all-round everyman Lily Franky. The 5th Zanzibar Night sees a haphazard assortment of bands and comedians descend on Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall, including pompadoured rockers Kishidan, live hip hop band Tokyo No. 1 Soul Set, '60s-style beat combo Kinoco Hotel and stand-up comic Neko Hiroshi. See below for the complete lineup.
