The Pon'i Attack

Artist Ponzi and occasional Time Out Tokyo photographer Shane Wadleigh join forces for a mixed exhibition of painting and photos at The Pink Cow. While the latter has made a decent name for himself behind the lens, his regular subject, Ponzi, is known for painting the bodies of Tokyo women at increasingly debauched events across the city. Displayed alongside Wadleigh's technicolor offerings, his paintings here are of a more static nature, though the official opening party (June 11) will be anything but. Other party highlights will include music from guitarist Ian Bell and DJ Knightmixx, as well as a burlesque performance from Ponzi's muse and canvas, Lady Nana.
