Review

Long a fixture on the Shibuya scene, expat-friendly hangout The Pink Cow upped and moved to Roppongi in the summer of 2012. Now housed in the basement of the Roi Building, it's managed to recreate the garish/funky vibe of the original location, and dedicated fans will be relieved to hear that the food menu hasn't changed. Keep an eye on their website for details of regular events as quirky and diverse as poker nights, jam sessions and drawing classes.
