The last time they tried this – documented in the 2006 DVD Tour! Puffy! Tour! 10 Final – it rained like there was no tomorrow. Here's hoping that the weather is a little kinder to Puffy as they return to Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall for the final date in their 15th anniversary tour. Ami Onuki and Yumi Yoshimura may be in their mid-thirties now, but that hasn't forced them to deviate much from their original template of sugar-rush pop powered by off-key vocals and guitar riffs pinched out of the Slade songbook. Depending on how you feel about this sort of thing, new album Thank You! was either enormous fun or one of the most irritating releases of the year so far. Either way, you've got to admire their longevity.
