Time Out says
Bakurocho's loco moco specialists 39Yoshoku broke into the spotlight in spring with their Hawaiian-style lemon ramen, which attracted hungry hordes to the restaurant practically every day until the end of May. Aiming to keep things fresh and the customers coming, the eatery has now come up with yet another limited-edition treat, namely Tomato Ramen (¥972) served with gazpacho-style soup. Still, lemon lovers need not worry: the lemon ramen is now a regular feature on the menu, while the new Lemon Loco Moco should satisfy those looking for a more filling treat.
