Time Out says

Before there was Banksy, there was Vinnie Nylon: inspired by punk, skateboarding culture and the peace movement, this pioneer of British street art got started back in the early '80s, doing stencil art and graffiti themed on vintage badges, toys, cartoons and classic ads. His distinctive style will be on full display at this spring exhibit, Nylon's first-ever Japan show. For a sneak peek at what's in store, check out the artist's Tumblr page.
