Scott Murphy and Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo's Japanese-language duo Scott & Rivers are frequent guests in Tokyo in late December, and once again take on the capital for a New Year's gig. In addition to their brand-new 'California' single, expect plenty of material from their eponymous 2013 album, which was enthusiastically received among the Japanese indie crowd.
