Time Out says

Ever-present on the charts around the turn of the millennium with hits like 'Creep', 'No Scrubs' and 'Unpretty', R&B and hip-hop trio TLC never recovered after the untimely death of Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes in 2002. Their achievements as the best-selling American girl group ever (eclipsed globally only by the Spice Girls) have however not been forgotten in Japan, where remaining members T-Boz and Chilli have performed several times, most recently in 2013. They now return to Tokyo once again, and local fans probably won't even be complaining about the mildly extortionate pricing. Tickets go on general sale May 10.
