Wolfgang Muthspiel & Larry Grenadier

Austrian jazz guitarist Wolfgang Muthspiel and American double bassist Larry Grenadier bring their talents to Japan and to Cotton Club. Jazz aficionados have been eagerly waiting for these two, who first started playing together in the early 1990s with Gary Burton and have since released several critically acclaimed records. The classically educated Muthspiel is known for constantly moving in new artistic directions, accompanying his own refined voice on the recent 'Vienna Naked' project and now working on the 'Vienna World' collaboration. The combination of Muthspiel's guitar artistry and Grenadier's amazing versatility should be a true treat for the ears. Cotton Club will host the duo for two consecutive days, with two performances on both Monday and Tuesday.
