Review

Situated above the east exit of Shinjuku station, Lumine Est is chiefly notable for the Shunkan gourmet restaurant area, created by celebrated designer Sugimoto Takashi, on the seventh and eighth floors. The lower floors are laid out in a series of corridors that are fun for people-watching.
