Review

The New York Grill offers sky-high power dining (and brilliant views) at the apex of the Park Hyatt hotel. The food – great seafood and meat dishes prepared in modern New World style – is consistently excellent, service is polished, and the well thought out selection of North American wines unrivalled in Japan. Sunday brunch is an expat institution, as are evening cocktails in the adjoining New York Bar.
