Review

Roman-style pizzeria, tucked away in an isolated setting. Though it is located a fair way from the station, it’s often packed with eager customers. There’s an impressive wood-fired oven built by a craftsman who comes from a family of five generations of kiln builders. There are 14 variations of thin, crispy and filling pizzas. The most popular one is ‘pentito’, topped with mascarpone, green peppers and prosciutto.
