Review

Just about everything you eat and drink at T (pronounced ‘Tay’) is grown, netted or brewed inside Greater Tokyo, mostly in the rural area to the west of the city or the Izu islands to the south. The menu offers simple but beautifully prepared dishes, with plenty of fresh seafood. The location makes it even more special – a low building on top of a wooded knoll in the middle of the city, in the precincts of a Shinto shrine.
