Opened at the start of September 2014, this fashionable eatery run by Ginza barbecue restaurant Marushi aspires to combine quality yakiniku with a wine bar and tasty Italian-style appetisers. The extensive tipple selection includes around 40 wines – an unsurprising but safe list of choices – to go with everything from offal to premium wares like kuroge wagyu beef topped with fresh sea urchin. Prices are slightly lower than what you'd expect to pay for quality like this in Ginza, making this 'new concept' worth a shot – could make for a nice date spot, perhaps?
