This standing-only Nihonbashi sushi eatery brings in fresh product straight from fisheries as well as from Tsukiji every morning, and no freezing is allowed. The sushi is served Tokyo style, often with the soy sauce already added on – perfect for a quick bite. Weekday lunch sets range from the standard ¥800 pack to an upscale ¥1,500 set with sea urchin and fatty tuna, while evenings are when the nihonshu comes out and the joint transforms into a bar-style gathering spot.
