Located in the outer part of Tsukiji market, Saito attends to all your fresh fish needs. The fresh giant tuna is their biggest seller, but those looking for a street snack simply cannot pass on the raw oysters (¥400). These thick, sizeable specimens are some of the freshest you'll ever find and make the perfect one-bite delicacy. Also, check out the shop's Facebook and Twitter feeds for info on the latest catch.
