A French restaurant, located within Roppongi Hills, with a unique design and style created by the well-known French chef Joel Robuchon. Inspired by sushi bars, the restaurant has a long counter where customers can talk to the chefs and watch their food being prepared. The chefs use meticulously chosen ingredients simply with Spanish and Italian cooking techniques. As well as the restaurant, there is a boutique patisserie and boulangerie. Takeaway is available.
