A chocolate boutique run by Jean-Paul Hevin, a world top class chocolatier. As well as the shop, ’Curve Au Chocolat‘, where his chocolate can be purchased, you can enjoy a chocolate drink in the adjacent ’Bar Au Chocolat’. As well as a 12-year apprenticeship under Joel Robuchon at Hotel Nikko de Paris, Hevin has received numerous culinary awards, including the first prizes at international competitions and the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France) award in 1986. He now spends all his time perfecting his art in this, his flagship store, and is regarded as one of the world’s best chocolatiers. His signature chocolate tastes deep, powerful and pleasantly bitter.
