Review

The well-known decadent offerings from Ningyocho's Brozer's are now available at their new location in Ginza’s Shintomicho. The deep, commendable menu has an Aussie touch to it, reflecting the owner's past experiences Down Under. Brozer’s attractions include firm 11-cm buns, 100% beef patties (very juicy!), and nicely folded fresh lettuce on top. Go with the Lot Burger (¥1,500) for the full monty, including lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, egg, and pineapple - a heavenly harmony of fresh bread, sweet fruit, savoury bacon, and a salt and pepper-spiced patty. In addition to their signature BBQ sauce, visitors can also choose from teriyaki, red-hot chili, and sweet chili sauces, which means you’ll have to make four visits in order to fully appreciate all that's on offer. The lunch crowd tends to include happy customers from nearby offices and condos. Take-out available.
