Review

It's a testament to the popularity of Georges Roualt in Japan that the French Fauvist features heavily in the permanent collections of three different museums here. The Shiodome Museum, which opened in Panasonic's old Tokyo headquarters in 2003, is one of them. Its Roualt holdings stretch to around 230 works, and the artist often gets a few shows of his own in the course of each year.
