This & That Café Vol. 14

Fri Mar 8, 2013 SuperDeluxe

Time Out says

The latest installment of free art and music bash This & That Café doubles up as a launch party for Tohoku Artist Caravan, a project that will dispatch artists and musicians to one of the towns worst hit by the 2011 tsunami. Many of the people taking part in the Caravan – which heads to Karakuwa, Kesennuma next month for three days of installations and performances – will be doing their thing at SuperDeluxe, and hopefully encouraging a few people to donate money to the project (see their Indiegogo fundraiser page for details). Expect some familiar faces, including genre-straddling groove quartet Shamanz, ex-Kodo drummer Ryutaro Kaneko, funky rock trio Moss and artist Jay Horinouchi.
