Time Out says
Well, it's certainly the highest you'll get on New Year's Eve without breaking any laws. Way up on the 52nd floor of Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills, Mado Lounge and Tokyo City View enjoy some of the best views in all of Tokyo, and provide a high-glam location for this annual countdown party. Tongue-in-cheek hip hop act Schadaraparr and downtempo doyen DJ Krush are the biggest names on the bill, with repeat appearances from the likes of house veteran DJ Nori, club jazzer Toshio Matsuura and Soil & "Pimp" Sessions frontman Shacho.
