Time Out says

Ryan McGinley took his mobile studio on a tour of zoos, sanctuaries and animal rescues around the US to compile the portraits contained in his latest exhibition. In Animals, the photographer's characteristically clothing-averse human models pose with birds, goats and monkeys, in images that manage to be both funny and a bit disturbing – sometimes all at the same time. The exhibition coincides with another McGinley show at Tomio Koyama Gallery, Reach Out, I'm Right Here, and the artist will be there himself for a signing event on the evening of August 31.
