One of the key components in Shibuya Hikarie's unfortunately titled 8/ 'creative space' is overseen by the highly respected – and highly influential – Tomio Koyama Gallery. The 8/ Art Gallery made a splashy opening in April 2012 with an exhibition of new work by Damien Hirst.
