Time Out says

Note: owing to extraordinary popular demand, opening hours will be extended until 8pm from September 11-17

Closed for a two-year renovation, the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum has made a splashy return with this exhibition of paintings from the Royal Picture Gallery Mauritshuis in The Hague, Netherlands. Though there are 50 examples of 17th century Flemish art on display, including works by Rembrandt, Peter Paul Rubens and Jan Steen, one painting in particular is liable to hog all the attention: Johannes Vermeer's masterful 'Girl with a Pearl Earring'.
