It's short for 'Vision Of Contemporary Art', in case you were wondering. Since 1994, the annual VOCA exhibition has given an opportunity for art critics, curators and researchers to showcase promising young artists from around the country. There are 34 emerging talents featured in the latest show, with Tokyo-born painter Seia Suzuki taking the top prize.
