Satellite music station Music On! TV has upped the ante for the 10th anniversary edition of its annual festival, moving the action from Shibuya-AX to the vast concrete expanses of Makuhari Messe. The bill, put together by media personality George Williams, bears more than a passing similarity to what you'd get at a Rockin' On-curated festival – and make no mistake, this one's all about the rock. Hardcore veterans Brahman, punk jokesters 10-Feet, rap-metal heads Dragon Ash and sleazy garage rockers The Birthday are just a few of the guitar-slingers who'll be taking the stage over the two days. In a nice touch, the event will also be drumming up money for Kesen Rock Fes, a Tohoku music festival that had to be called off in the wake of March 11.
