Getting on the wildly speeding kakigori bandwagon, the garden restaurant and lounge at Shibuya's Cerulean Tower serves up decadent shaved ice mixed with ice cream through the month of August. Take your pick of the mango (¥1,800), peach (¥1,800) or matcha (¥2,000) flavours, and spoon up one of the city's heftier piles of ice.
