Time Out says

Working on the frontlines of the mecha anime business for almost four decades now, veteran designer Kunio Okawara is the man behind the robots in classic anime series from Mobile Suit Gundam to Armored Trooper Votoms and Yatterman, so we think it's about time he gets his own exhibition. Head to Ueno's Royal Museum in late summer for an extensive collection of original illustrations and other material related to Okawara-designed shows.
