Goro Nakagawa

Fri Apr 10, 2015 Grain

Time Out says

Along with 'Japan's Bob Dylan' Nobuyasu Okabayashi and Tomoya Takaishi, Goro Nakagawa is one of the best-known products of Japan's '60s folk boom, which provided a sort of soundtrack for the radical student movement of the era but, especially in Kansai, continued to grow even after the spirit of '68 had died down. Nakagawa, now 65, still maintains a significant presence on the scene, and will be showing off his guitar artistry tonight in Koenji.
