Time Out says

Warsaw-based artist Monika Sosnowska represented Poland at the 2007 Venice Biennale with her surreal, space-conscious work that's heavily influenced by the wide variety of avant-garde art that sprung up across eastern Europe after the fall of Communism. Her imposing pieces are often modelled on existing architecture, but modify those works in crucial ways, playing with perceptions and inspiring new ways of looking at structures. This exhibit, her first solo display in Japan, takes over Ginza's Maison Hermès Forum from January.
