Time Out says

Tokyo goes bonkers for chocolate throughout the first half of February, as the yen-making machine that is Valentine's Day draws closer and merchants of all stripes tout their 'limited edition' creations. One of the more noteworthy of these is chef Yasushi Karato's all-chocolate eight-course dinner menu, available for a cool ¥8,640 and consisting of 'welcome chocolate', appetiser, fish, meat, three kinds of chocolate dessert, and an extra-special hot chocolate to finish up – surely a challenge for even the most enthusiastic of cocoa connoisseurs.
